Pete call me right away to let me know that inspected it and that he had ordered new panels to replace the ones that were damaged. He still kept our original install date and came back out and replaced the damaged panels as soon as they came in. The door came with grey frames and after install, I wasn’t really happy with the color. Pete ordered the frames in black for me and came out and swapped them out. Best customer service you could ask for! I highly recommend!!"
